Merle Newell

Merle trained for three years in London, England at The Arts Educational Schools for theatre and also completed the TVI Actors Studio course in Los Angeles.
She has performed in feature length and short films and has voiced radio and television commercials for McDonald's, Dairy Queen, Harvey's and Canada's beloved Tim Horton's!
Merle returned to the stage for the Stratford Factory Production of "Absolute Alice" at The Factory Theatre in Toronto.
She has been featured in a national campaign for IKEA and filmed spots for OLG, Tactuo skincare, Bell, Volkswagen for the European market, Tostitos, ALDI (USA) and KFC.
Also a songwriter, Merle's collaboration "Wherever You Go" was aired on ABC Family's "The Vineyard" (ABC Spark in Canada)
Merle performed two roles in "Kalamazoo Diaries" at The Hamilton Theatre Inc. which earned critics choice.
